Landscape Architect

Mark started his career in landscaping running a 60” Honda hydrostatic mower and blowing pin oak leaves 8 hours a day. Overseeing the successful development of a dream project for a client is what Mark Spencer says is the most fulfilling aspect of his job. A licensed landscape architect, Mark has been with Native Landscapes for 18 years, and in the landscape industry for 30 years. Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, Mark has a B.S. in Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, writing poetry, collecting plants, and traveling in his truck camper.
